Ethos
Every day is dress down day. Our aim is to provide practical business led workshops in an informal environment where delegates are encouraged to give themselves time out while also committing to help each other to learn.
Our policy is to operate in a manner that is as environmentally responsible as possible. Most transactions are taking place via email e.g. joining instructions, invoicing, workshop manuals etc and recycled materials are used in preference to first generation e.g. flipchart paper.
What we do not intend to do is to produce a glossy brochure.
Expect to | Don’t expect |
| watch, discuss and do | boring power point presentations |
| listen | tutors who have never done what they talk about |
| take responsibility for your own learning | to fall asleep after lunch |
| meet and support like minded individuals | to be a passenger |
| give and receive feedback | John Cleese videos |
| dress down (no suits or stilettos here thank you) | to be disturbed - you're in a fort |
- Some workshops include high value giveaways e.g. Strategic planning model and business plan framework on the planning workshop.
- Personal tuition is guaranteed on all workshops as group sizes are a maximum of eight and some as low as four.
- Find out more about yourself or your staff – many workshops include diagnostic questionnaires e.g. leadership styles.
- Our schedule won’t always coincide with your need so we offer free refresher training if you rebook on the same workshop within 12 months of your original attendance.
- Five or more people to train? Then take advantage of our cost effective in-house option tailored specifically to your requirements.
- Too busy to attend a workshop during the week? – we offer weekend workshops in business critical areas e.g. strategic planning.
All workshops are held in our own dedicated facility: a Napoleonic fort, providing a truly unique experience.
