Firework Safety Workshop
Sparklers burn at 1600 Kelvin...Ouch!
Who for?
This workshop is for anyone who will be letting off fireworks this season from private parties to larger displays and is a must for organisers of November and New Year events.
Why do it?
Firework displays should be fun for all the family but are inherently dangerous and can lead to appalling injuries. DTI statistics from 2005, the last year data was captured, show that children are particularly at risk, accounting for over half the reported injuries
